Stop Obama and the States from banning or restricting the sales and ownership of military style weapons/assault weapons.

The Obama administration and congress most stop all attempts to ban assault weapons and military style weapons. Any attempts to ban or restrict assault weapons, magazines, or ammo is a violation of the peoples' civil rights and the US Constitution and the administration must look at the court system and how to punish violent offenders instead of punishing the US citizens.
