As heard on NPR, there are oil companies dumping their wastewater from fracking (where chemicals are pumped into the earth to get oil faster), into the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming. And the EPA is letting it slide.
Duke University's Rob Jackson: "It looks like the protections for tribal citizens here are weaker than those for citizens in Wyoming surrounding them, and if so, that's wrong."
