Yes there have been many oil drilling in America but this oil drilling in Alaska will hurt our environment. Like me and everyone else we want to live in a clean and healthy world, so lets try to stop the drilling in Alaska. Studies show the ice in Alaska is melting 5x faster than expected in 2007. If they drill into the ground of Alaska to get the oil there will be harmful chemicals that will go into our air and hurt our environment, animals, and possible food, and if we don't do anything about it now it will hurt us in the future.
