Oil Speculation is artificially driving up the price of oil. Disclosure of all transaction of energy purchases must be made visible. Energy speculation, especially oil speculation should be against the law. To have every barrel of oil bought and sold up to 20 times is not protecting the public from abusive corporate behavior. Outlaw oil speculation now buy requiring purchasers of oil to actually take possession of the oil they buy before they can resale it.
