Online websites posting mugshots of people and requiring them to pay to have the picture removed need to be stopped. It is a form of extortion, as well as stalking and creating a safety issue by posting people's private information and image online. It is also a copyright issue as they are not the owner of the image. The only reason for these to exist is to extort money and imply guilt which our entire legal system exists to fight against.
