All petitions stating that U.S. citizens, who are in favor of succession, be deported or stripped of the citizenship should be disregarded. The First Amendment of the Constitution ensures freedom of speech and the right to assembly. To punish these people for expressing their rights and signing these petitions would be Unconstitutional. All U.S. citizens have the right to support succession if they choose to. All petitions opposing this are Unconstitutional and much be regarded as such.
