Stop or REDUCE foreign welfare. To much of American tax payers dollars is given to foreign countries. Help Americans!

Stop wasting American tax payers dollars on foreign countries. The reports of the amount of tax payers dollars that go to countries that are friends, foes and countries that we don't know are our friends or they are friendly sometimes only when its in their interests. Why is American policy in nation building in other countries but not investing enough in American. The middle class will be distinct if we continue on this path. It makes me wonder if all this money we spend and give to foreign countries that there is a link to the wealthy and special interest of wealthy business owners in America and aboard. A study should be done on how effective the monies etc., we give to foreign countries is really benefiting the U.S interest strategically, tactically & economically. Help Americans.
