Stop or restructure the auctioning off of personal items in storage (journals,taxes,documents,religious items)

In order to protect personal information, dignity, and to safeguard the assets in life that cannot be replaced, such as photos, journals, letters, documents, correspondence, tax information, that would be of no use to another person, either monetarily or sentimentally, I ask that the auctioning off of storage places be restructured so that these belongings must be returned to the original owner upon request before the "new owner" of the items takes posession. If the "original owner" cannot be reached, the "new owner" must destroy all documents of a personal nature to the original owner in a responsible manner.
