There is a serious problem with police officers murdering dogs and it has to stop. I have a problem if the people here to serve and protect cannot even protect themselves from a dog without shooting it to death. Police officers have many other forms of protection other than using a gun.
I am asking for a nationwide ban of what seems to be a "shoot first and don't answer questions later" policy. There needs to be some justice in what is happening when your officers are murdering our pets and who we call our children. All police officers should be equipped with a tranquilizer. No dog breeds are to be an exception. Killing a dog should be considered a crime and the law should have to follow the law as well. The people will be waiting a response. Title this law "Mans best friend"
