Stop our Reserve and IRR troops from being sent into Africa.

I would like to collect as many signatures as I can to stop our government from sending ANY amount of our troops into Africa. There is too much of a risk to them as well as the American public when they would come home. We've let too many die for too long. We need to end this risk for them and the rest of the country now.
