To Stop the Out-of-Control abolition of our Constitutional Rights starting with the 2nd Amendment of our Constitution.

Mr. President, the Enabling Act of 1903, defines clearly that there should be an unorganized Militia consisting of every person from 18-45 and allows them to posses weapons of any type that they can afford. You studied constitutional law, you should know that the constitution is the most important piece of America. It grants your rights as president, separation of powers, free speech and yes, the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. There should be checks done for Criminals, including at Gun Shows. Beyond that, the restrictions on fully automatic "actual assault weapons" should remain as it stands. Other than that, you should leave our rights alone. You have the power to restrict sales to law abiding people only. No other restrictions are needed. Please do not "trample" on our Constitution.
