Stop the out-of-control deficit spending and pass a balanced budget amendment.

Deficit spending by the Federal Government is out of control, and our future generations of citizens are being laden with absurd levels of debt. The a Federal Government should be required to live within its fiscal budget. Financial responsibility is non-existent in the federal government. Entitlement programs are out of control and need to be reigned in. The government needs to be only provide to its citizens for what is explicitly described in the Constitution. "Promote the general welfare" doesn't mean "pay for" and the Government is providing more than it's authorized to.
