We petition all of the leaders in Washington to terminate all assistance and endowment spending. Tax dollars taken from American citizens will from now on be used to provide services that American citizen's cannot provide on their own. For example, tax dollars would only be spent on programs such as law enforcement, national defense, infrastructure (building of highways, power plants, schools, etc.). These products cannot be made by the average Americans. For all assistance programs (Social Security, Welfare, Health Care, etc), private charity and businesses will be established for Americans to donate funds on a VOLUNTARY basis. Thus, promoting the generosity of the American people and job growth.
