Stop Outsourcing of Jobs

Please stop outsourcing of Jobs by hiking H-1,L-1,B-1 visa feels 20 fold to make it difficult for foreign companies to set up sweat shops offshore and onshore. US corporations should also be fined for outsourcing more than 10% of jobs. Right now, it is open ended and one can see almost 99% outsourcing. These foreign companies do not want to hire local candidates. They want a cheap labor. However, excuse used is the talent is not available locally. In this process, they have set up local sweat shops by hiring foreign candidates who walk to work and sleep on floors and save money to take home.
There has to be a limit imposed on this activity. These foreign corporations should be forced to hire local US candidates. Otherwise, US will become more and more dependent on foreign workers.
