Apply heavy fines to companies or make it illegal for comanies that take jobs away from americans. Americans are losing jobs daily to off shore resources due to they can work cheaper. This goes for sending jobs oversees or bringing them over to do our jobs on shore. If no one in america has a job to buy anything, where will America be then?
