Tax the U.S. based companies a million dollars for every job they outsource to other countries. This would force companies to keep their jobs in the U.S. because they would actually make more money by keeping jobs in our country. This in turn would create more jobs for the american people.
If these companies decided to move their headquarters out of our country, then tax them 10 times that amount for having their headquarters outside the country. This would force them to stay in the U.S. and keep all of their jobs in the U.S. If a company decided against these terms then the tax money could go towards our national debt and/or towards solving some of the issues within our great nation.
