Mr. President,
It is estimated 3,534,000,000 jobs are outsourced to other countries of which 43% are in Information Technology alone! This does not include jobs lost to H1B, L1 and EAD visa holders and it is high time Govt. do something for WE the PEOPLE. If we can get fraction of these back in US, it will boost employment and ultimately our economy.
