Stop outsourcing..the competition between India & Philippines is driving cheating and fraud in Mumbai

This is a very important request..I'm from Mumbai, India, and I've worked in the BPO of a very large US bank in Mumbai.. I was a whistleblower, who - from 2009 to 2011 - reported serious incidents of cheating and corruption in Mumbai. The reason Mumbai Managers and senior leaders cover up for cheating is because it shows better performance, and that translates to lower costs..Mumbai has to do this to stay competitive since India is now losing outsourced jobs to the Philippines...In over 150 emails that I sent to the CEO of this bank and senior leadership, I got several people in Mumbai fired, and loads of changes implemented..3 entire departments in Mumbai were shut down because of cheating - a result of my disclosures made even post leaving this bank directly to the CEO.
