The new FDA regulations are entirely unsafe. Business owners and their employees cannot physically touch the devices that customers bring in. Before the introduction of the Tobacco Control Act, they were able to assist customers in-house in fixing devices that were experiencing issues. Now employees are required to show customers how to fix their own devices by demonstrating on another device, causing confusion and frustration.
Aside from that, this legislation will put thousands of Americans out of work. Mom and pop vape shops will not be able to afford the high costs of getting their flavors and devices registered.
Vaping is not tobacco and should not be legislated as such.
I am calling on those in congress to help Americans fight back against this God awful legislation.
