The following government actions that are presently constituted in this petition statement are deemed unlawful and illegal, yet are disregarded as such:
1. The Obama Administration working with Federal Judges to overturn State Declarations, those declarations made by the state are of refusal to practice Sharia Law.
2. The Obama Administration working with Federal Judges to overturn the Utah State Declaration (voted by the people in Utah) to refuse the practice of Homosexual Marriage.
These government actions are not only illegal, but are disregarding the state rights of Declaration, which is a Constitutional Freedom. Petitioned: Stop overturning such Declarations which remove or at least limit the freedoms and cause the issues of Women's rights, Human Rights, and State Freedoms.
