Stop paparazzi fro taking picture of the children of stars and public figures without written or recorded consent of the parent or legal guardian. I am sure it is hard enough for people in the public eye to deal with the paparazzi, and their harassing tactics, but their children didn't choose the life, and shouldn't be subjected to constant harassment of the camera flashes and clicking of the camera.
