Stop Parental Alienation Child Abuse

This petition seeks to have Parental Alienation recognized as a form of Child Abuse. Thousands of children are suffering short & long term health complications as a result of the selfish affairs between two parents. Parental Alienation occurs when one parent programs the child (or children) of marriage to denigrate or target the other parent in an effort to undermine and/or interfere in the child/parent relationship. This syndrome manifests from the inability of the offending parent(s) to separate from the couple's conflict and focus on the child's needs.
