If a child has to be pulled out to be killed, than the mother should be forced to carry until 32wks where medical teams can decide if it is healthy for the child to be born. When the child can be safely born, the mother can chose the method that she wishes to have it. Protecting a woman's right to a first trimester abortion is enough to protect against rape/molestation cases. After the first trimester, women should forced to carry. Programs should be set up to help women deal with any psychological/emotion issues, help to find parents for the unwanted child, and postpartum care.
