Recently passed U.N. sanctions imposed on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in response to the country's nuclear weapons programs will probably harm an already subjugated populace while the leaders of the country will be the select few that escape the effects of the sanctions. This will only harm people who already suffer under the current regime and who have no choice in the matter. They should not be punished for their leaders' choices.
