Stop passing the blame and deflecting. Take responsibility for SOMETHING! Tired of "The President had no knowledge"!

Every time there is something found out about this administration's actions, their response is "The president had no knowledge of this.". How would the president NOT know about the tapping of Germany's Chancellor, Angela Merkel? That's kinda important, right? How was that missed at the daily meetings with the NSA when they gave him updates? What about the IRS targeting certain groups that opposed Obama? That's right, no clue of that one either. Benghazi? Nope not a smidge of knowledge about that. Fast and Furious? Heck no, didn't know about that one til he "read it in the newspaper". When you are the head of a company and it fails, who is responsible? Would somebody please point out the person(s) who is/are "running" this country because Barack apparently isn't that person.
