Stop pay and allowances to the President, Vice President, Senators & Representatives until a balanced budget is signed.

We the people of these United States of America, having gone for over 3 years with no national budget and exploding national debt hereby declare the President and Congress of the United States of America have abdicated their responsibilities under Article 1 Section 7 and Section 8 of the Constitution of the United States of America and are thereby in contempt of the Constitution of the United States of America. As such all pay, allowances, and remunerations should be withheld from the President, the Vice-President, Senators and Representatives until one week after a national budget bill which balances our national budget and eliminates our national debt is signed into law by the President of the United States.
