If there is a Government shut down. They will not get paid. WHY SHOULD THE SENATE AND CONGRESS GET A PAYCHECK IF THERE IS A GOVERNMENT SHUT DOWN, WHEN OUR MILITARY WILL NOT? Change the Law and withhold Pay Checks from Congress if there is a Government Shut down.
