The government has created a financial mess, then threatens to withhold pay from Social Security recipients, military personnel, and Medicare. Why not take it from the pay of those who are not doing the jobs they have been elected to, and those who have been selected to assist them? Perhaps this will help them find a more rapid solution to our debt ceiling problems. If it works, continue it in a reduced form to inspire them to reduce our national debt.
