Congressman John Barrow of Georgia has it right. President Obama should not give Congress pay raises. Congress has failed the last 3 years to pass a single buget. Every year, this is the most important obilgation Congress has to fulfull for the American people. Congress deserves an "F" grade for fail, not raises.
