Proposal to stop Congress from being paid while any part of the government budget goes unapproved. If federal workers are not being paid and/or are furloughed, than Congress shouldn't be paid either.
There needs to be consequences for Cobgress not doing their jobs. Stopping their pay (and not giving it back to them retroactively) will get that point across.
Get along, pass a budget and compromise or you don't get paid. Plain and simple.
