Congress always says they will fail to issue paychecks to the military and Social Security checks in the event of a fiscal emergency taking away money and benefits from those that need it most.Congress should not be allowed to collect any pay or benefits before any cuts to our Military or Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid recipients.
