The State of California passed legislation requiring the state legislatures to pass the budget on time or they don't get paid. We have now had our budget passed on time for the last 2 years.
It's time the GOP DONATE their money to the people of the United States and from this point forward they don't get paid when they cannot do their job. This is not the GOPs Nation. This is a job where the good of all is to be represented.
