Congress has not been doing what they are paid BY THE PEOPLE to do. There is not any other position in the workplace in which you can "shut down" your employer, not fulfill a single responsibility of your job position, and still draw full salary. Almost all Americans get mad at their bosses. The rest of us still have to do our jobs. Congress should be held to the same standards.
