If there is a government shutdown on October 1st, 2013, the House of Representatives, the Senate and the President shall not receive any pay that they are entitled to until a new budget has been passed and approved by the President of the United States.
Our government officials need to be held accountable for causing this situation in the first place and threatening the livelihood of the ciitizens that elected them into office.
