Why should congress continue to get paid without doing their job of reaching an agreement on the budget? The bitter Republicans in congress are holding 98% of the country hostage while they do anything to protect the 2% wealthiest Americans.
In the real world, you don't get paid for not doing your job. Why is congress any different? I'm sure they'd make negotiating a budget a priority if their own pay checks were at stake.
Enough already!
No budget = No pay day for congress.
