STOP PAYING LAW MAKERS FOR 4 WEEKS TO FIX FISCAL CLIFF and prevent hundreds of thousands of contractors from losing jobs

I think lawmakers should not be paid since they cannot come to a conclusion on the budget and the fiscal cliff rapidly approaching. If the threat of them losing their paychecks came onto the scene for them, I bet they would make a decision about the fiscal cliff REALLY quickly.
