Stop paying people welfare immediately! Why should hard working Americans have to support those who do not work. They are freeloading off of the system.
I propose creating labor camps to send all welfare recipients to where they will be forced to earn their welfare income by working hard. These camps can be in the middle of the Arizona desert. They will be provided housing and food, but must learn and work just like those who support them.
If you continue to feed the wildlife, they will never learn to hunt on their own
