Mitch McConnell is refusing to even meet with a nominee for the Supreme Court as are Republican Senators. Now, the budget is in jeopardy in the House of Representatives as Republican "law makers" are refusing to even consider it. These members should not collect a paycheck as long as they refuse to carry out their duties.
