The IRS knowingly allows illegal aliens who claim children to get Earned Income Tax Credit cash payments of up to $5,891 per household. These cash payments are expected to exceed $52 billion in fiscal year 2012 alone, roughly a quarter of all Earned Income Tax Credit payments are issued improperly.
Illegals also claim the Additional Child Tax Credit, which reduces the tax low-income families pay by $1,000 for each child under 17, many are claiming 5-10 children, mostly nieces and nephews who reside in Mexico.
This is an abuse of the US Tax system and billions of American tax dollars are being spent while deployed Military members make less than minimum wage are having benefits and wages cut to balance the budget while these abuses are sanctioned by the IRS and the Federal Government.
