Stop payment of salaries of personnel in Congress and the Senate for inefficiency to do their jobs.

We the people believe that those whom we elect into office have a job to do, however constant stonewalling, grandstanding, and bickering is the epitome of inefficiency. I believe that these individuals have an obligation to refund the taxpayers their salaries via applying it to the national debt. Wasteful spending is what they are bickering about, yet these same individuals are delaying and wasting time, thus wasting the taxpayers money. Make a gesture to the people of commonality and forfeit your pay and benefits until you can do your jobs in a more efficient manner.
