This petition asks the FTC to force PayPal to release money into customers accounts as soon as they receive it.
Paypal takes 3 to 5 business days to transfer money into your account. This happens even though most banks make the transfer immediately. This means that in most cases PayPal holds your money 3 to 5 business days after they have received it.
We are only asking PayPal to be fair in this matter.
