stop the payroll tax increase on the millions of hardworking middle class that will take effect in 2013.

Created by J.P. on January 03, 2013

Even though Congress struck a last minute deal to avoid the fiscal cliff, taxes are still going up for millions of Americans in the new year. That's because payroll taxes are scheduled to revert to 2010. Most workers will see an increase of two percent, which could mean $100 less each month for some families.

President Obama promised middle class families that our taxes would not go up during the election, yet he failed to stop the payroll tax from going up, which is a direct hit or tax to the pocket books of millions of middle class families who now will not have the extra money to help boost the economy.

Please sign this petition and call for President Obama to extend these benefits in February.
