The laws need to catch up now. People are using drones and technology to enter private property to photograph and film video of people in the privacy of their own homes. This must be stopped. If your children are in the bathroom no one should be legally able to fly a drone past them and photograph or film it. They should not be allowed to have them hover over homes using them to peek into bedrooms, listen to conversations, watch people dress, etc all unknown by the person living there. There is NOTHING in place to stop this currently. It needs to be a serious criminal act. Punishable by fines, jail time, etc. They are using this to pry into people's private lives unsuspectingly and are no different from a break in or a peeping tom using binoculars. Laws need to be made/enforced strictly.
