Stop the pension program for retired/unseated members of congress and filter that money to the national debt.

As it stands right now, all congressmen & women receive a governmentally funded paycheck after they are retired or unseated......for the rest of their life! I propose they receive a 3 month "retirement" check and then they need to set up their own private retirement plan, just as we all are given the option to do. With the money that they WOULD be getting paid, filter that money into our national debt or social security program. These are OUR tax dollars people! And if it continues this way, the generations to come will have nothing once we retire. All because these ELECTED members of congress decided long ago to secure THEIR futures and not the futures of who they serve!
