Residency laws need to be changed, allowing people who stay with you to become legal able to be there and do anything unless they're evicted. Is a bullshit law. I feel if they're aren't on the lease or own there property they have no legal right to live there. Here is my reason for this.
I live in West Virginia. Recently My mom whose is renting her house, let a kid stay here. He stayed off and on, leaving every friday and coming back on sundays and was not here for two weeks consecutively, i was told that's the least amount of time to someone has to stay there to be a legal resident. He did not pay bills or help in any way. he just slept in the house. This is an outrage and strongly need to be addressed
