Why should people in our government vote on bills they have not read themselves?
How can our government do what's best for our people if they have no idea about everything that they are either voting for or against?
There needs to be more accountability. I propose that in order for someones vote to count they must take and pass a reading comprehension test written by a group made up equally by people from all parties.
