I am really ashamed at the state of our country right now. People threatening to strike up petitions because they what? Feel entitled to whatever it is they want?
But that's not how it works. You aren't just "entitled" to be friends with someone, you aren't just entitled to be married to someone, you aren't just entitled to have civil rights, etc etc etc. You have to earn those things. These are all civil rights we have earned through hard work and determination.
Seceding from the united states because you want to ban gay rights, or set laws against black men is not "earning" the rights that we as American's have fought so hard to earn.
Stop bitching about what -you- think is wrong with our country and try to help fix it, instead of making it worse.
