Stop people who work full-time from filing for food stamps by tying the minimum wage to the poverty line.

Full-time workers should never have to file for food-stamps.
Full-time workers whose wages are below the poverty line don't pay taxes.
Companies should not have their employees health-care benifits provided at tax-payer expense.
Increase the tax base and take full-time workers off of federal aid by starting the federal minimum wage at the poverty line for full-time employees.
