Nothing Much has changed regarding the abuse, neglect and murdering of these defenseless, helpless animals. Just because there are NO homes or parents or people to care for them. Not like they've done ANYTHING wrong to be put DOWN! Millions EVERY SINGLE YEAR-talk about MASS MURDER! Things will absolutely NEVER change if drastic CHANGES aren't made!
Start at the source of it all! A responsible pet parent/owner spays/neuters their animal(s). Unless you are a licensed breeder, if you own a dog, cat, rabbit, or horse, etc.-any PET of that nature-you are REQUIRED BY LAW in ALL of the United States to get your pet fixed. If you fail to do so and produce unwanted litters of animals you shall be fined $100 PER ANIMAL in that litter as well as for the parents of the animals.
