At&t Phone Company claims Speeds of up to 128 kbs. Internet Data speeds after High Speed Data has expired! Actual rates are 0 to 17 kbs. I pay $45.00 to $50.00 per Month for this Data. After My High Speed Data has expired they Throttle My Speed down to where I can barely go on the Internet at all! This is totally wrong as they claim I should get up to 128 kbs. per second Speeds...To put it blunty they are taking My Money and giving Me not much of anything in return...They are the same as stealing Money promising one thing and doing another. I'm sure they're Millions of People out there who feel the same as I do!
